.05.28 Needle thread puller
Requirement
1. When the needle bar is at its BDC (hole 3), the clearance between the needle thread
puller 2 and needle bar frame 3 must be approx. 0.3 mm.
2. The needle thread puller 2 must be able to move freely in the middle of the face slot and
not strike against anything at its top and bottom reversal points.
● Turn handwheel until screw 1 is easily accessible and loosen screw slightly.
● Move the needle bar to its BDC.
● Move needle thread puller 2 according to requirement 1.
● Tighten screw 1 according to requirement 2.
