Error Rate Count
The error rate of a certain duration (approx. 20 sec for a CD or 10,000 blocks for a DVD) from the address being paused
can be measured. The result of measurement and OK/NG judgment are indicated on the center display.

Eject
The loaded disc can be ejected. On the drive status display, [EJECT] is displayed.
Mode Change
If the MASTER TEMPO key is pressed during Player Operation mode, the MASTER TEMPO LED will light, playback will
stop, then Test Operation mode will be entered. On the drive status display, [TEST MODE] is displayed.

Function Key operation
Test Operation mode
Load a disc and start playback by pressing the Play/Pause key. Press the Play/Pause key at the point where you wish to
start measurement. The unit enters Pause mode ([PAUSE] is displayed on the drive status display).
Press the CUE key to start error rate measurement.

If the result does not meet the following criteria, it will be judged as NG:

Note: The above criteria are supposed to be met when measurement is performed with a control disc at the factory.
Note: Start operations after disc loading is completed.
Note: Be careful when using commands in Test Operation mode, because inappropriate use of those commands
may damage the drives.
