Parameters:
<port_list>: Port list or 'all', default: All ports

Description:
Set or show the ACL port default action.
Syntax:
Security Network ACL Action [<port_list>] [permit|deny] [<rate_limiter>] [<port_copy>] [<logging>] [<shutdown>]
Parameters:
<port_list> : Port list or 'all', default: All ports
permit : Permit forwarding (default)
deny : Deny forwarding
<rate_limiter>: Rate limiter number (1-15) or 'disable'
<port_copy> : Port number for copy of frames or 'disable'
