FRONT HUB
Hub Removal
1. Elevate the front end of the vehicle far enough off the
ground to remove the wheel.
2. Loosen and remove the (4) wheel nuts and remove the black
rubber dust boot.
3. Remove the cotter pin, castle nut and washers.
4. Remove the (2) bolts retaining the brake caliper and remove
the caliper from the disc. CAUTION: Do not hang the
caliper by the brake line. Use a strap or mechanics wire
to hang caliper to prevent damage to the brake line.
5. Remove the hub assembly from the spindle.
Hub Seal and Bearing Replacement
1. Remove the (6) bolts retaining the brake disc to the hub.
Severe injury could occur if machine tips or falls.
