Step 9. Attach the Cables
9. Attach the Cables
Once both Cables are attached to the Cable Bracket,
the user gains a wide range of motion. By pressing the
orange release handle on the Left Press Arm, the user
can secure the Press Arms in vertical and horizontal
positions and easily slide the seat forward or
backward.
To attach the cables, take the following steps:
A. Slide the 2-inch bolt (removed in step 8A) through
the right side of the bracket.
B. On the bolt, assemble

Wrench tighten.
Note: Make sure that the locknut is on the outside
of the Press Arm Cable Bracket as shown in the
illustration.
C. Sandwich the Cable Bracket, at both ends,
between the two washers on the Press Arm and
Seat Adjustment Cables. If necessary, loosen the
nuts on either side of the washers to create space.
D. Wrench tighten the nuts on either side of the
washers using a ³⁄₈-inch open-end wrench.
