5. Maintenance
Lubricate the Guide Rods every six months.
New Cables always stretch during use. After one or
two workouts, readjust the Cables. Refer to the cable
adjustment steps found at the beginning of this section.
Thereafter, check the Cables after each workout and
readjust them as necessary.
