26. Attach the Leg Station
Cable to the Main Frame
Important: Cut the tie wrap securing the Guide
Rod Bracket.
A. Feed the Cable beneath a 4½-inch pulley and
attach it to the bracket at the base of the Main
Frame using
one 4¾-inch bolt
one cable retainer
two washers
one locknut
Finger tighten.
B. Loop the Cable over a second 4½-inch pulley and
attach it to the base of the Double Pulley Block
using
one 2¼-inch bolt
one washer.
C. Slide the Guide Rod Bracket in place behind the
Double Pulley Block and attach it to the 2-inch bolt
used in step C. Secure the Guide Rod Bracket to
the Double Pulley Block using
one washer
one locknut
Finger tighten.
D. Insert the Cable Retaining Bolt using
one 2-inch bolt
two washers
one locknut
Finger tighten.
E. Thread the Cable into its Base Mount.
F. Wrench tighten the pulley and Cable fasteners.
Step 26. Attach the Leg Station Cable to the Main Frame
