D. Return to the Row Arm Bracket and feed the cable
over a 3½-inch pulley. Mount the pulley to the
center holes in the Row Arm Bracket using
one 2-inch bolt
two washers
one locknut
Finger tighten.
E. Wrench tighten the pulley fasteners. Leave the
Cable in the position shown in the illustration.
Note: Box 4 is opened next, although several
components remain in Box 3.
