 Insert the reference detector into the holder as
shown in Figure 21 as far as it will go. Make
sure the side labeled "Focus" faces the radiation
source. Observe the slot provided for the detec-
tor cable.
 Secure the reference detector using the two
clamping screws.
 Mount the holder with the reference detector on
the outside of the Perspex tank in front of the
entrance window (Figure 22) using the four
M6x16 screws.
 Connect the reference detector to detector input
labeled CHANNEL 2 on the rear side of the
MULTIDOS. If required, you can use an exten-
sion cable T2954/K2-6.
