3.9 Connecting SCANLIFT
3.9.1 Preparing SCANLIFT
refer to Figure 27
 Put the hose clip onto the open tubing end of the
water hose on the top of the SCANLIFT.
 Plug the coupling into the hose.
 Move the hose clip on the hose near to the cou-
pling.
 Secure the coupling on the hose by fastening
the hose clip.
3.9.2 Connecting SCANLIFT to the Perspex
Tank
 Fit the coupling of the open tubing end of
SCANLIFT on the nipple of the Perspex tank
(Figure 7). Make sure that the nipple fully snaps
into the coupling.
3.9.3 Disconnecting SCANLIFT from Perspex
Tank
CAUTION
Improper handling.
Equipment damage!
If you are pumping water, you must not remove
the plastic hose between SCANLIFT and Per-
spex tank.
 Remove the water hose from the Perspex tank.
To do this pull back the unlocking bush of the
coupling and then remove the coupling (refer to
Figure 27).
