The power feedthrough is not a serviceable part. If it is defective or not working cor-
rectly, replace it.
If the fuses are blown repeatedly, one possible reason is damage in the internal low-
pass filter elements due to mechanical shock. In this case, if you can exclude other
possible reasons, replace the power feedthrough.
6.7 Energy chain R&S TS-F24EC
The R&S TS-F24EC, order no. 1525.8929.02, is an option for guiding up to three
cables from feedthroughs mounted on the front door to the rear of the chamber. This
option prevents moving cables and hence instable connections, while the door moves
to open and close the drawer during operation in production testing. Instead, the
cables are securely and reproducibly guided within the interior of the chamber's left
side wall.
A chamber with energy chain is exclusively available as a factory-mounted setup. You
cannot retrofit an existing chamber with this option.
The R&S TS-F24EC can be configured for the following front feedthroughs:
