a Unclip the heater matrix cooling hose from the water
chamber (23) .
a Separate the heater matrix cooling hose clip (24)
from the exhaust cooler cover using the tool (Mot.
1448).
a Disconnect the heater matrix cooling hose from the
exhaust gas cooler cover (25) .
a Use the tool (Mot. 1448) to separate the clip (26) of
the cooling radiator top hose (27) from the water
chamber.
a Disconnect the cooling radiator top cooling hose
from the water chamber (27) .
a Separate the heater matrix cooling hose clip (28)
from the water chamber cooling hose using the tool
(Mot. 1448).
a Disconnect the heater matrix cooling hose from the
water chamber cooling hose (29) .
a Disconnect the coolant temperature sensor connec-
tor.
