Camshaft seal at timing end: Removal - Refitting

a Fit the cover (14) and the collar nut (15) of the (Mot.
1632).
a Screw on the collar nut (16) until the cover touches
the cylinder head.
a Remove:
-the collar nut from the (Mot. 1632),
-the cover of the tool (Mot. 1632),
-the stud of the tool (Mot. 1632).
a Refit:
- the inlet camshaft sprocket,
-a new nut on the inlet camshaft sprocket,
- the exhaust camshaft sprocket,
-a new nut on the exhaust camshaft sprocket,
a Refit:
- the camshaft dephaser,
-a new bolt on the camshaft dephaser,
- the exhaust camshaft sprocket,
-a new nut on the exhaust camshaft sprocket,
a Position the tool (Mot. 1490-01) on the camshaft
sprockets.
a Torque tighten the new nut on the exhaust cams-
haft sprocket (30 N.m + 84˚).
a Torque tighten the new nut on the inlet camshaft
sprocket (30 N.m + 84˚).
a Torque tighten the new camshaft dephaser bolt
(100 N.m).
a Refit the camshaft dephaser blanking cover.
a Remove the tool (Mot. 1490-01) from the camshaft
sprockets.
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit:
- the timing belt (see 11A, Top and front of engine,
Timing belt: Removal - Refitting, page 11A-29) ,
