TURBOCHARGING
Intercooler: Removal - Refitting

a Remove:
-the intercooler air inlet pipe seal,
-the intercooler air outlet pipe seal.
a Press on the intercooler clip (7) .
a Unclip the intercooler in the direction of the arrow.
a Remove the intercooler.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a parts always to be replaced: turbocharger air
cooler air inlet pipe seal (10,09,04,04).
a parts always to be replaced: turbocharger air
cooler air outlet pipe seal (10,09,04,05).
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- the intercooler,
-a new seal to the intercooler air outlet pipe,
-a new seal to the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Connect:
- the intercooler air outlet pipe,
- the air pipe at the intercooler inlet.
a Clip on the intercooler air pipe clips.
a Refit the bolt to the intercooler air outlet pipe.
a Refit the bolt on the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Refit:
- the side deflectors,
- the upper deflector.
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit:
- the front right-hand support of the front bumper
(see Front bumper support: Removal - Refit-
ting) (42A, Front upper structure),
- the right-hand headlight (see Front headlight: Re-
moval - Refitting) (80B, Headlights).
a Refit:
- the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
Refitting) (55A, Exterior protection),

Note:
Check that the air pipes are correctly clipped
onto the intercooler.
