Intercooler air inlet pipe: Removal - Refitting

a Remove:
-the intercooler air inlet pipe bolt (2) from the cooling
radiator,
-the air pipe at the intercooler inlet,
-the intercooler air inlet pipe seal.
REFITTING THE INTERCOOLER AIR INLET
PIPE
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a parts always to be replaced: turbocharger air
cooler air inlet pipe seal (10,09,04,04).
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
-a new seal to the intercooler air inlet pipe,
-the air pipe at the intercooler inlet.
a Fit the clip on the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Clip the intercooler air inlet pipe onto the intercooler.
a Refit the bolt for the intercooler air inlet pipe onto the
cooling radiator.
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit:
- the front right-hand bumper support (see Front
bumper support: Removal - Refitting) (42A,
Front upper structure),
- the right-hand headlight (see Front headlight: Re-
moval - Refitting) (80B, Headlights),
- the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
Refitting) (55A, Exterior protection),
- the engine undertray,
- the front section of the front wheel arch liners (see
Front wheel arch liner: Removal - Refitting)
(55A, Exterior protection),
- the front wheels (see Wheel: Removal - Refitting)
(35A, Wheels and tyres),
- the intercooler air outlet pipe,
- the engine cover.
