TURBOCHARGING
Intercooler air inlet pipe: Removal - Refitting

a Loosen the bolt (4) of the intermediate air pipe
between the air filter unit and the turbocharger on
the turbocharger air inlet pipe.
a Remove the bolts (5) from the turbocharger air inlet
pipe.
a Disconnect the intermediate air pipe between the air
filter unit and the turbocharger from the turbocharger
air inlet pipe by pivoting it.
a Remove:
-the intermediate air pipe between the air filter unit
and the turbocharger,
- the turbocharger air inlet pipe.
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Loosen the clip (6) on the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Disconnect the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Remove the bolt (7) from the intercooler air inlet pipe
on the pipe at the inlet of the distributor.
a Remove the bolt (8) from the intercooler air inlet pipe
on the exhaust gas recirculation assembly.
