REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Position the vehicle on a two-post lift (see Vehicle:
Towing and lifting) (02A, Lifting equipment).
a Disconnect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Re-
fitting) (80A, Battery).
a Remove:
-the engine cover,
-the engine undertray bolts,
-the engine undertray,
-the exhaust gas recirculation rigid pipe (see 14A,
Antipollution, Exhaust gas recirculation rigid
pipe: Removal - Refitting, page 14A-30) ,
-the exhaust gas recirculation assembly (see 14A,
Antipollution, Exhaust gas recirculation as-
sembly: Removal - Refitting, page 14A-18) .
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Remove:
- the exhaust gas pressure sensor clip,
- the exhaust gas pressure sensor.
a Remove the coolant hose clip between the exhaust
gas cooler and the exhaust gas recirculation sole-
noid valve.
a Disconnect the coolant hose at the exhaust gas coo-
ler end.
