ENGINE MOUNTING
Right-hand suspended engine mounting: Removal - Refitting

a Disconnect the diesel fuel return pipe from the fuel
return rail at (2) .
a Fit suitable blanking plugs on:
-the opening of the fuel return rail,
-the diesel return pipe opening.
a Disconnect the diesel fuel return pipe from the high
pressure pump union at (2) .
a Fit blanking plugs on:
- the opening of the high pressure pump union,
- the diesel return pipe opening.
a Disconnect the fuel supply pipe (3) from the manual
priming pump.
a Fit suitable blanking plugs on:
- the fuel supply pipe opening,
- the opening of the manual priming pump.
a Unclip the fuel pipes from the right-hand suspended
engine mounting « rubber pad - cover » assembly at
(4) .
a Move the fuel pipesto one side.
a Remove:
-the windscreen wiper arms (see Windscreen wi-
per arm: Removal - Refitting) (85A, Wiping -
Washing),
- the scuttle panel grille (see Scuttle panel grille:
Removal - Refitting) (56A, Exterior equipment).
- the scoop under the scuttle panel grille (see Scoop
under scuttle panel grille: Removal - Refitting)
(56A, Exterior equipment).
