Sucon/Injecon is obtained by turning the rotator on top of the syringe.
Rotator
Equilibraon buon (E-buon)
Injection Suction
High pressure can be generated in the system when using small
diameter micropipees, viscous uids, or if a micropipee
becomes blocked. This may cause micropipees to shoot out
of the holder. Press the E-buon to release the pressure before
loosening the micropipee holder p to remove a micropipee.

If the sperm is moving in or out of the pipee too quickly, either the
equilibraon is not complete or the rotator has been turned too far.
The E-buon releases the internal air pressure when pressed. Capillary
acon will cause the PVP/medium to move up the pipee. This can be
countered with a small clockwise movement of the rotator to balance
the pressure.
