the device are not
connected to the
same network.
Failed to connect the
device.
Check the status of the
device, and try
connecting again.
• The network signal
condition is poor.
• The network is
busy.
Check the network status and
reconnect.
The connection with
**** (name of RICOH
Monitor) has been lost.
• This machine has
been turned OFF.
• This machine or
device has been
disconnected from
the network.
• Turn ON the power to this
machine.
• Connect this machine and
the device to the same
network (same subnet).
Up to 5 devices can be
connected at the same
time.
The sixth RICOH
Monitor was attempted
to be connected.
Disconnect the connected RIOCH
Monitor, and then reconnect it.
The maximum number of RICOH
Monitors that can be connected
at one time is five.
