The color is wrong
(when wireless
connection is used).
The color temperature of
this machine is set to "User".
Selecting "User" for color
temperature in the On-screen
Display menu and adjusting the
setting value can cause color
imbalance depending on the
setting. Change the color
temperature setting to other than
"User".

The contrast of this machine
is set high.
If the contrast setting in the On-
screen Display menu is set higher
than the default value of "80",
some colors could appear
whitish. Change the contrast
setting to "80".

input video.
Check the color of the image on
the device side.
The network signal condition
is poor.
Check the network status and
reconnect.
Copyrighted
content is not
displayed.
The connected device does
not support HDCP.
Use a device that is HDCP-
compliant.
A peripheral device that
does not support HDCP is
connected between this
machine and the device.
If a cable or USB hub that does
not support HDCP is connected
between this machine and a
device, copyrighted content
might not be displayed. Connect
the device directly to this
machine with a USB Type-C
cable.
Image burned in
A still image is displayed
continuously for a long time.
Continuously displaying a still
image for a long period of time
could cause the image to burn
into the screen. Avoid using still
images for long periods of time.
