 Edge press plate motor connector loose, broken, defective
 Motor overloaded, defective

Solution
 Reconnect the connector.
 Replace the edge press plate motor.
 Replace the press end sensor.
 Replace the cutter control board.
 Replace the motor harness.
 Replace the sensor harness.
After the repairs, cancel the low performance mode, and then turn the power off/on.
