Receiving documents according to parameter-specified settings
When faxes cannot be printed as normal, Substitute Reception allows reception of faxes that match the
criteria specified in User Parameters. This section describes the conditions under which this will occur.
If any of the conditions listed below applies, the machine receives only faxes that match the criteria
specified in User Parameters.

• When Own Name or Own Fax Number is received

Name or Own Fax Number. If the power is switched off for more than an hour, all the documents
