2.7 RemovingtheContactProtectionoftheI/OModuleConnections
Some I/O modules, such as the PCD2.F2xxx communications module, require
more space for the connection. For this purpose, the contact protection of the I/O
slots can be removed as follows:
1. Cut at both ends.
2. Bend the slot cover upward and remove it. Deburr the broken edges
(risk of injury).
