outer surface of
air-supply/exhaust
pipe #11 with tape

In the fully open, intermediate, and fully
closed positions, the shaft must drop
under its own weight when lifted.
Insert gear #18 as
far as it will go.
A
fter assembly, it must be
possible to turn this gear
smoothly with your fingers.
