The technical specifications provided here are provisional specifications for GM35 applica-
tions. The GM35 analyzer is calibrated for specific applications once all the technical details
have been clarified.
10.1 Measuring components and accuracy
The minimum measuring range end values for the measuring components available with the
different device version are specified with a 1 m measurement aperture. The maximum
measuring range end value with a 1 m aperture is for
• CO: 20.000 ppm
• H
2
O and CO
2
: 100 Vol.%.
All of the data refers to factory-calibrated devices.
Combination of measuring components
The minimum and maximum measuring range end values apply to individual components
only. Extremely small and large end values of different components cannot be combined in
all cases.
Effect of probe version
The measuring range values refer to an active measuring aperture of 1 m. Depending on
the measuring aperture MDI used, all of the measuring ranges are increased or reduced by
the factor 1/MDI [m]. The following factors apply to standard probe versions:
