2.2 PAIR Mode
2.2.1 Pair Scanner with Smart Cradle
1. Using a suitable interface cable, connect the Smart Cradle to your host device.
2. Turn on your host device. Make sure the Smart Cradle is receiving power, in which case, its LED lights will be
on.
3. Power on the scanner by pressing its trigger (if powered-off or in radio-off state). Keep the scanner well within
your Smart Cradle’s Bluetooth range during the entire pairing process.
4. Prior to pairing, both the scanner and Smart Cradle should be in an unpaired state, each flashing red and
green lights. If not, follow the steps below, as applicable, to release them from any current pairing:
Scanner: Scan the Uninstall barcode.
Uninstall
Smart Cradle: Press and hold its reset button for 5 seconds.
