3.4.9 Cut out the hinged cover for 3RW5 HMI

Hinged covers with correctly sized cutout can be ordered as an accessory.
● Detached hinged cover without cutout
Replacing the hinged cover of the 3RW52 soft starter (Page 58)
● Solid, sharp knife
Procedure
● Make sure that you know which 3RW5 HMI you require the cutout for.
Cutout 1: 3RW5 HMI Standard
Cutout 2: 3RW5 HMI High Feature
● Cut out the required cutout along the perforated line on the rear of the hinged cover using
a solid, sharp knife.
● Deburr the cut edges of the hinged cover.
