3.4.10 Replacing the hinged cover of the 3RW52 soft starter
Requirements
● Optional accessories:
– Hinged cover with cutout for Standard 3RW5 HMI
– Hinged cover with cutout for High Feature 3RW5 HMI
Procedure
NOTICE
Damage to the HMI display.
Ensure that the display of the HMI does not sustain damage when replacing the hinged
cover.
● Open the hinged cover ① at an angle of approx. 20°.
● Loosen the hinges vertical to the soft starter surface
② + ③ starting from the bottom.
● Take the cover off the 3RW52 soft starter.
● Follow the steps in reverse order to install the replacement hinged cover.
