binations → pulse duration > (amount per pulse / material flow rate).

1.5.4 Test & force digital outputs
Digital outputs can be tested / forced manually in this menu. Requirement
is, to assign “Test / force output” in menu 1.5.1.2 “Digital in- and output set-
tings 2 of 2”.

1.5.5 Test & force analogue output
The analogue output can be tested / forces manually in this menu. Re-
quirement is, to assign “Test / force output” in menu 1.5.2 “Analog output
settings” as source.

1.5.6 Trace settings
The trace function allows recording virtually all process values, limit values,
in- and outputs of the SIWAREX WT241.

The trace function is used for the continuous recording of measured val-
ues. The recording rate is defined with the parameter.

The following values can be set:
– Recording every 10 ms
– Recording every 100 ms
– Recording every second
– Recording every 10 s

This parameter is used to specify the response of the trace memory.

The following values can be set:
– Trace recording runs as circulating memory
– Trace is stopped when the trace memory is full

1.5.7 RS485 settings
This menu allows the define the RS485 parameters. In case of not using
the interface, no change is necessary to the defaults.

This parameter defines the protocol for communication via the RS485
interface.

The following values can be set:
– No communication/protocol
– Modbus RTU

This parameter defines the baud rate for the RS485 interface.

The following values can be set:
– 1 200 bps
– 2 400 bps
– 9 600 bps
– 19 200 bps
