Removing the disc manually

During a power failure or if a drive is defective, you can also
remove discs from the drive manually.

✧ Switch the image control system computer off.

✧ Press the recessed button next to the insert/eject button
using a piece of stiff wire (for example a straightened paper
clip).
The drawer is now unlatched.

✧ Carefully pull out the drawer and remove the disc.

In case of power failure or shutdown during a recording session,
data stored on this CD or DVD during a previous session may no
longer be accessible. In order to avoid loss of data, we recom-
mend to use a new CD-R for each writing session.
