Moving the patient table

You can use the joystick and the table adjust buttons on the
gantry control panel in parallel.

✧ Tilt the joystick towards the gantry to move the table into
the gantry.

✧ Tilt the joystick away from the gantry to move the table out
of the gantry.

Normal mode: The table moves as long as the joystick is tilted.

CARE Vision CT: A short "tap" moves the table according to the
selected slice width. Pressing the joystick and keeping it pressed
results in continuous table movement.

CAUTION

Table movement due to accidental actuation of the joystick by
the patient!

Collision with the gantry possible.

✧ Always observe the patient when the joystick is mounted.
