✧ Position the patient on the RTP board.

✧ Slightly lift the patient at the level of his or her arms.
✧ Push the first arm support with its flat side into the space
between patient and RTP board.
✧ Position the arm support in a way that the patient’s arms lie
tight and comfortable against his or her body.

✧ Ensure that the patient’s hands are completely covered by
the arm support.
✧ Proceed to position the second arm support on the other
side of the patient´s body similarly.
