UT MASTER MOTHERBOARDS
BOARD IDENTIFICATION
Two types of 41 OO+/UT Master Motherboards are available, each can be identified by the name and number it bears.
UT Master Motherboard (565-l 61)

This card is the backplane for the 4100+/UT Master Controller and an optional communications card. No city
connect is provided.
UT Master Motherboard (565-213)
l
This card is the backplane for the 4100+/UT Master Controller and an optional communications card. A city
connect is also provided.
COMPONENT LOCATIONS AND FUNCTIONS

Both power and comm are passed to adjacent motherboards via Pl and Jl .

System power is connected to the board via P3.

The 2120 Comm/RS232 card plugs into J2.

The UT Master Controller card plugs into J3.
Terminal Blocks (565 161)
Field connections for the Master Controller and the Comm Card are made at the motherboard terminal blocks TBl
and TB2. Internal Power and Communications connections are listed below.

COMMON (Serial Communications Common)
