PI 0 = 3-pin Audio Return Signal Connector. If a backup amplifier, connects via 733-579 harness to Connector P4
on the lowest priority primary amplifier; if a primary amplifier, connects via 733-579 harness to Pins 4 thru 6
on the Signal Cards Audio Input Connector.
l
PIO-1 = + Audio Return.
l
PI O-2 = - Audio Return.
l
PIO-3 = SHIELD.
Terminal Blocks
TBI = Used to input music or for Style Z Return.
l
TBI -1 = + Music Input or + Style Z Return.
l
TBI -2 = - Music Input or - Style Z Return.
l
Depending on the TBl. input, install the following jumpers:
- Music Input (25V RMS) = J8, JIO, J13 and J15
- Style Z Return = J7, J9, J12 and J14
- No connection = J7, J9, Jll and J15.
L
NOTE:
Jumpers are put on J7, J9, Jll and J15 during assembly.
TB2 = 24VDC Input. Connects via 733-610 harness to TBI-1 (+24VDC), TBI-2 (24VDC COMMON) and TBl-10
(SWITCH-TO-BATTERY) on the amplifiers power supply.
l
TB2-1 = +24V.
l
TB2-2 = OV.
l
TB2-3 = Normally +24V. OV when the SWITCH-TO-BATTERY signal is present.
TB3 = Transformer Primary/Secondary terminals.
l
TB3-1 = Transformer Secondary (white).
l
TB3-2 = Transformer Secondary (green).
l
TB3-3 = Transformer Primary (brown).
l
TB3-4 = Transformer Primary (black).
25-WATT AMPLIFIER POWER SUPPLY (562-917)
Component Locations and Functions (Figure 43)
LED1
Lights when the board detects any of the following troubles:
l
Low or disconnected batteries
l
Loss of raw (rectified) DC
l
Blown fuses.
Fuses
Fl = 15A replaceable input fuse.
F2 and F3 = 5A Slo Blow non-replaceable output fuses.
Jumpers
JWI = One-ohm resistor. IN if batteries are used. Otherwise, OUT.
Jl or J2 = J2 if 562-917 board is electrically the furthest from the master power supply. Otherwise, Jl .
NOTE:
Jumper Jl/J2 is used for Power Module Supervision (PMS). When more than one power supply is used in
a system, the power supplies are daisy-chained together. Only the LAST supply in the daisy-chain (the
power supply that is electrically the furthest from the master power supply) should have J2 selected; all other
power supplies must have Jl selected.
