TheTV80menusystem
ThemenusystemisbydefaultlocatedontherighthandsideoftheTV80presentation.
Themenusareorganizedinatreestructurewithamainmenu,asetofsecondarymenus,
andseveralmenubuttons.Someofthemenubuttonsopendialogboxesorsub-menusto
offeradditionalchoices.
TheMainmenuislocatedatthetopofthemenustructure.
Itoffersthemostcommonfunctionsforefcientuseof
theTV80.Unlessyouhidetheentiremenusystemfrom
view,theMainmenuisvisibleatalltimes,evenifyou
closethesecondarymenus.
BelowtheMainmenu,asetofdedicatediconsareused
toopenthesecondarymenus.
AOperationmenu:TheOperationmenuoffersthemostcommonfunctionsforbasic
TV80operation.
BDisplaymenu:TheDisplaymenuprovidesbasicfunctionsrelatedtothescreen
behaviourandpresentationofTV80data.
CSetupmenu:TheSetupmenuprovidesbasicfunctionsrelatedtotheTV80installation
parametersanditscommunicationwithperipheralsystems.
DActivemenu:TheActivemenuoffersparametersrelatedtocurrentviewsanddata
presentationsshownbytheTV80.
EExtrasmenu:TheExtrasmenuis-inspiteofitsnameandlocation-notamenuatall.
This"menu"opensasmallviewtomonitorkeyoperationalparameters.
Tip
Unlessyouneedtomakefrequentchangestotheoperationalparameters,youmay
wishtohidethemenufromtheTV80presentation.Thiswillgiveyoumorespace
topresentechodata.Tohidethemenu,selectMenuonthetopbar .Toretrieveit,
selectMenuonemoretime.Whenthemenuishidden,itistemporarilyshownontheleftor
righthandsideoftheTV80presentationifyoumovethecursortothatposition.
