•Checkthattheperipheralsystemhasbeenswitchedon.
•Checkthattheperipheralsystemisinfacttransmittinginformation.
•Checkthecables.
•Checkthatyouhavemadethephysicalconnectiontothecommunicationportthat
youaremonitoring.
