A selected needle holds the yarn in the hook till it receives
new yarn and on the following row the needle knits the
yarns together forming a tuck stitch .
The sample is knitted with the Pattern No.G-(17).
Before knitting pattern in this stitch type, follow the Pre-
paratory Steps given on pages 19-22, and additional cares
instructed below.
PRECAUTION
In tuck knitting, Pattern Button 1 must remain in "DOWN"
position. (Right light is on.)
Pattern Buttons 3 and 4 must remain in "0 F F" position .

If the edge stitches tend to be knitted improperly,
set the Point Cams to exclude two edge needles on
both sides .
