Cam Lever and its four positions
Set the knob of the Cam Lever on the selected position.
N - (NON-KNITTING)
used to pass the Carriage without knitting over the
needles in B position.

(STOCKINET)
used to knit in stockinet only.
(No Pattern Card is used.)
L - (NORMAL LACE)
used to knit normal lace stitch patterns.
(Pattern Card must be used.)
P - (FASHION LACE)
used in fashion lace patterns.
(Pattern Card must be used.)
Stitch Dial
Stitch Dial for the Lace Carriage has the graduations 0
through 8 with an increment of 1/3 (represented by a dot).
Set the selected graduation of the Stitch Dial to .A mark .

Recommended types of yarns are shown opposite in actual si ze ,
and recommended Stitch Dial settings are shown in the table
below.
Do not use knobly or thick mohair yarn for the lace stitch pat-
terns.
