For the pattern rows corresponding with the black marks
in the Notation Column, move the Carriage back and forth
with its Cam Lever set at "P", and without yarn in the
Yarn Feeder.
Only the selected stitches are transferred onto their ad-
jacenet needles, and the Knit Contour and . Row Counter
will stop while transferring stitches only is in progress.
When the black mark in the Notation Column reaches the
Card Slit, (the Carriage should be at the right side) remove
the yarn from the Yarn Feeder.
The yarn removed from the Yarn Feeder must be held on
your finger and kept away from the Arm to prevent it
from entangling into it.
When the yarn is removed from the Yarn Feeder, 0 0 NOT
move the Carriage with the Cam Lever set at "L", the
fabric will be released from the needles.
