You may wish to permanently mount your Paramount so that the center of the intersection of the mount's
hour angle and declination axes is aligned vertically with the center of the dome.
One of the required measurements to do so is the distance from the center of the Paramount base to the
intersection of the mount's hour angle and declination axes, which changes with latitude.
Use the equations in the table below to compute this distance or use the following table to determine
find this distance for your model mount.
