Telescope Mounting Plate (Versa-Plate)
The Paramount comes with a Versa-Plate™ that provides a stable mounting platform for your telescope
and other equipment. The telescope can be attached using the integrated, drop-in style Losmandy and
Celestron dovetail, a telescope cradle, or telescope mounting rings. The Instrument Panel (page 59)
mounted to the bottom rear of the Versa-Plate places three XT60 pass through power supply ports, and
a pass-through Ethernet port near the telescope.
The Paramount ME offers optional Large Dovetail Rails for large telescopes. The rails attach to the top of
the Versa-Plate and accept Planewave-compatible dovetails.
