3. Remove the five screws.
4. Remove the NET-37 board in the direction of the arrow [A].
Note
• If the radiation sheet (2 (35 x 35)) is removed, attach it at the position as shown in the figure.
• At the time of the installation, insert the two connectors into the two holes.
• At the time of the installation, tighten the screws in the following sequence: (a), (b), others.
5. Install the removed parts by reversing the steps of removal.
