9-1. Troubleshooting
Should any problem occur with the unit, make the following simple tests to determine whether or not servicing is required.
•
Turn off the POWER switch and turn it on after one or two minutes.
•
Make sure the power cord is connected properly.
•
Make sure a fuse is not blown.
•
Make sure the operating voltage range is correct.
•
Make sure the power cord is connected properly.
•
Make sure there are no strong noise disturbances.
(Replace the scale unit with one that has a normal axis.)
•
Turn off the POWER switch and turn it on after three seconds.
•
Reset the unit.
* Only when the power-on display mode is set to the initial setting mode.

Make sure the scale unit connector is firmly fixed with screws.
•
Check the scale unit cable for damage and breaks.
•
Make sure the maximum response speed at the scale unit is not exceeded.
Make sure there are no strong vibrations.
•
Make sure there are no strong noise disturbances.
(Replace the scale unit with one that has a normal axis.)
•
Turn off the POWER switch and turn it on after three seconds.

Reset the unit.
•
