Common menu elements:
• Voice button: Touch the Voice button to select Tone, Voice, Vibe, Tone/Vibe, Voice/Vibe or
None for the audio event.
• Spoken text editor: Touch the line with the pen icon ( ) to edit the spoken text. Use the
keyboard to make the desired changes. Alternatively, touch the microphone (
) on the keyboard
and speak the desired phrase. The Android speech-to-text function will ll in the spoken text.
Touch the blue check mark (
) in the bottom right corner to accept the changes.
• Tone selections: The default Tone audio selection sounds a “beep” report. Audio (.mp3 or .wav)
les loaded to the iX20 from third party sources can be used in place of the default sound.
1. Select one of the Tone options for the alert sound.
2. Touch the pen icon (
). A le selection menu appears.
3. Select the directory where the sound le is located and touch CONFIRM.
4. Select the le.
5. Touch OK. The link to the audio le appears in the text-to-speech eld.
