2. Figure 173 shows the sleeve front O-ring installed.
3. Line up the notch (white arrow) in the O-ring seal sleeve with
the pin (black arrow) on the rotor.
4. Press the sleeve into place on the rotor.
5. Figure 176 shows the seal sleeve installed on the rotor.
