Bolt the slide weldment to the rear mounting tube as shown below (both sides):

Step 11: Bolt slide weldment to rear tube.
Remove set screw from fender and slide onto rear mounting tube. Center the fender
over the wheels and temporarily support the front of the fender. Once centered over the
wheels, tighten the set screw (both sides):
