It is recommended that the operator rephase arms and slides daily before each use of the
AutoTarper.
Rephasing is accomplished by synchronizing oil ow through the ow divider/combiner
valves when fully retracting or extending each pair of cylinders:
To rephase arm cylinders:
With the AutoTarper arms resting on the gantry (arm cylinders fully retracted), hold the Arm
control handle down (Uncover-Rephase) for 5 seconds.
To rephase slide cylinders:
With the slides in the maximum back position (slide cylinders fully retracted), hold the Slide
control handle down (Back-Rephase) for 5 seconds.
