The position offset between measured point and stake out point is indicated in a longitudinal and transversal
element.

2: Point to stake out
dLine: Longitudinal offset (positive if nominal
point is further away)
dOff Transversal offset, perpendicular
to line-of-sight (positive if nominal
point is to the right of measured
point)
dH: Offset height
Cartesian stake out
Stake out is based on a coordinate system and the offset is divided into a north and east element.
