When the ignition switch is turned to ON (engine
off), the CHECK ENGINE malfunction indicator
lamp (MIL) in the combination meter illuminates.
NOTE:
If
the MIL does not illuminate, perform diagnostics
of the CHECK ENGINE light circuit or the combina-
tion meter circuit. <Ref.
